Olivia has been surrounded by music from an early age, growing up with both her father and grandfather engrossed in the music scene, as professional musicians with a passion for jazz, funk and soul .The sounds of Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway and Michael McDonald became embedded from an early age, shaping Olivia’s musical endeavours from then on.  At age 10 she was introduced to the trumpet, but it wasn't until 6 years later when she was introduced to jazz, that she fell in love with playing. This is when she wholeheartedly devoted herself to a life in music. Discovering the likes of Chet Baker, Lee Morgan and Ella Fitzgerald changed everything for her.

Graduating from Leeds Conservatoire in 2023, Olivia is now playing with her quintet, and other bands such as Mangorata, Ferg's Imaginary Big Band and Sunkissed Child. With her album 'The Whole Damn Plan', coming out on January 21st 2024.
